Boys' Choir - Daytime

2008
I was given a raw model of a church and had to fill it with life: a boys' choir, a lot of spectators, benches, altar, lamps, etc. I modeled and textured the altar, the benches, the choir and the conductor - the spectators were taken out of a library.
I did a lot of texturing and the complete lighting and rendering. In the post I added fog, volumelight and dof.
Photoshop was used for the textures.
C&C are very welcome!

I was given the model of a church (evermotion) and had to fill it with life: a boys' choir, a lot of spectators, benches, altar, lamps, etc. I modeled the benches, the choir and the conductor - the other things were taken out of 3d-libraries.
I did a lot of texturing, lighting and rendering. In the post I added fog and dof (which I overdid a little bit).
Photoshop was used for the textures.

The Dying Fly

Done in 2007.
The goal was to achieve a laboratorial look, where a fly is about to die during an experiment. I didn't model the fly, but did everything else (materials, camera-animation, lighting, rendering, post).
C&C are very welcome!

Also done in 2006 and it was an animation as well. Fusion was only used for final Colorcorrection everything else was done in 3ds Max. Letting the waterlilies float and stick to the surface while the roots are swinging naturally was quite a scripting challenge.

Waterlilies in stormy weather

I did this in 2006. The scene is animated as well.
The goal was to create the impression, that a hell of a storm will start in a few minutes. The waterlilies probably won't survive...
All comments are welcome.
